How to place an order?

  • Click "add to cart" to add a product to the cart.
  • Click "checkout" to procced to checkout.
  • Log in or register an account.
  • Confirm a shipping address and select a shipping method.
  • Select a payment method.
  • Review your billing details.
  • Click "confirm order" to complete the order.

 

 

What are the payment methods available?

How to change account information and shipping address?

Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.

 

 

How do I retrieve my password?

Click on “Lost Password?” and follow the steps.

 

 

How to cancel an order?

An order can only be cancelled if it is on pending status

Please email us a cancel order request at sales@destiny-electronic.com.my, including an order number.

An order cannot be cancelled once it is shipped.

 

 

What is the transaction currency?

All transactions will be processed using currency, Malaysian Ringgit MYR.

 

 

How long does the delivery usually takes?

Delivery usually will takes about 2 to 3 working days.
